Sea Giants, or in their native tongue Umis. Are humanoid giants that live primarily of the western coast of Standar. As a people they keep to themselves. Those who do venture on the surface world are usually diplomats or in rare case’s nomad adventures. The size of the Sea Giant greatly depends on the body of water it grew up in. Those who live in Umisal, located in the great depths of the ocean can grow to be upwards to forty, while those who grow up purley on land or only grow to around 12 feet.

They enter adulthood in their late teens and usually live
less than a century.
Alignment. Sea-Giants society, with its clear roles and
tasks, has a strong lawful bent. The goliath sense of fairness,
balanced with an emphasis on self-sufficiency and
personal accountability, pushes them toward good.
Size. Sea-Giants who grew up on land are between 7 and 8 feet tall and weigh
between 280 and 340 pounds. Your size is Medium.

shrug off injury. When you take damage, you
can use your reaction to roll a dl2. Add your Constitution

by that total. After you use this trait, you can’t use it
again until you finish a short or long rest.
